Our Service

Our delivery routes are set up to deliver to your area on a six day basis. Estimated time of delivery depends on your location.

  • Delivery minimum is $200.00 per order.
  • A delivery fee of $25.00 will be applied if order is under minimum.

Next day delivery cut off time: To be called, emailed and/or faxed in by 11:00 p.m. for next day delivery. NOTE: Pre-cuts order needs to be ordered by 12:00 noon (Monday – Friday) for next day delivery.

Partial Cases: To allow you to better control your inventory and food cost we sell almost every item by the breaker (pound, each, pack, unit and etc…).

Specialty Items:  We take great pride in being able to procure almost any specialty items on a 2-day pre-order parameter. We also work with an excellent pre-cuts company that will custom cut any items to your specifications.

Inventory: Our inventory averages a three day turnover to ensure product freshness. We will be happy to carry a specific brand or item for you if needed upon your request.

Exchange/Returns/Shortages: All exchanges and returns must be reported within 24 hours.

DAIRY RETURN POLICY: No return on dairy products, unless it is a wrong pull, damaged upon delivery, and/or incorrectly delivered to the wrong location.

Dark Stop – We service many locations on dark stop (key drop). Customers have found this to be beneficial in numerous of ways: consistent delivery time, last minute inventory needs and/or replenishment, and efficient prep time for morning staff.
