Hubbard Squash: Hubbards come in different varieties. The most common are blue, green and gold hubbards. The green hubbard was introduced to North America in the late 1700's. It was name by James J.H. Gregory after Elizabeth Hubbard, who brought it to his attenion.
Kabocha: This is also know as a Japanese pumpkin.
Spaghetti Squash: The inside of this squash is stringy like spaghetti.
Sweet Dumpling Squash: Small flat, round shaped squash with very sweet and tender ornage flesh.
Sugar Pie: This is the preferred variety of pumpkin for cooking.
Turbin Squash: Cultivated in Europe since 1818. It is grown mostly for its decorative value, but it can also be cooked and stuffed.
