American Flag: This is one of the princple varieties that is grown in the United States. Leeks,
Baby Leek: Resembles a large green onion. The flavor is sweeter and more mild than full size leeks.
Ramp (Wild Leek): Has a subtle pungent flavor similar to baby leeks.

Butter (Bibb): Characteristics include soft, light-green leaves, and a mild flavor.

Greenleaf: Crisp leaves.
Iceberg: Crisp texture and delicate flavor.
Redleaf: The tips of this lettuce has a reddish to bronze color, and the leaves tend to be a little more delicate than greenleaf.
