Baby Leek: Resembles a large green onion. The flavor is sweeter and more mild than full size leeks.

Ramp (Wild Leek): Has a subtle pungent flavor similar to baby leeks.

Butter (Bibb): Characteristics include soft, light-green leaves, and a mild flavor.

Iceberg: Crisp texture and delicate flavor.

Redleaf: The tips of this lettuce has a reddish to bronze color, and the leaves tend to be a little more delicate than greenleaf.

Romaine: This is the variety used in traditional Caesar salad. It has dark green outer leaves and yellow leaves in the center, which is the sweetest part.
