Baby: Baby corn has a mild flavor and is not as sweet as the larger corns. The entire corn is edible, including the the cob.

Bi-Color: When in season, bi-color corn tends to be the sweetest variety. It is a cross betweem white and yellow corn, which gives it mixed colored kernels, with about 80% yellow and 20% white.

White: Supersweet varieties of white corn has been gaining increasing popularity over the years. It usually cost a little more than yellow corn because it is grown in smaller volumes.

Yellow: Even though white corn is gaining popularity rapidly, yellow is still the color that consumers buy in volume.
